Needs a lot more weight on there - at least two or three times that! Really pull on your balls.

Weights on balls can be a lot of fun during milking and edging sessions.  I like to use a spring between the balls and the weight;  it allows some give when there's movement & allows the weights to not only swing but to bounce around

Weights on balls is such an amazing experience. Next time use dumbbells . Get an even better stretch.
